VPN 접속 정책 개정으로 보안솔루션이 설치된 회사지급기기는 본부별로 신청된 업무시스템의 접속이 가능하며, 개인기기는 VDESK 통해 업무시스템 접속이 가능합니다.

1. VPN 페이지 접속 및 설치

  ※ ID : Autoway 사번, PW : Autoway PW, OTP : MPASS FIDO or RSA OTP
• 2) MPASS URL : https://smpass.hmckmc.co.kr (설치 및 발급)
• 3) 메신저 : Autoway > Tool/System > 소프트웨어 다운로드 > 메신저 다운로드 (첨부파일 참고)

2. 유의사항

• 1) 회사기기는 본부별 권한이 부여된 업무시스템만 접속 가능하고, 개인기기는 VDESK 통해 업무시스템 접속

• 2) 아래 보안위규사항을 삼가해 주시고, 위반 행위 적발 시 계정삭제 및 보안위반사항으로 보고 가능
  ※ 사내한, 비밀 자료혹은 중요 정보가 포함된 문서의 무단 다운로드 및 자료 유출 및 배포
  ※ ID/PW 공유사용
  ※ 접속하는 PC의 웜/바이러스 유포
  ※ 해당 시스템을 경유하여 다른 시스템 및 PC접근
  
• 3) MicroSoft의 Windows 7, 8, 8.1 지원 종료로 인한 VPN 서비스 불가

• 6) In case of an unstable network environment (overseas and domestic), It is possible to install and use a VPN accelerator

2. Instruction

• 1) The managed devices can only access the authorized business system of each organization,
  and the unmanaged devices can access the business system through VDESK

• 2) Please prohibit from the following security violations, and if a violation is detected,
  the account can be deleted and reported as a security violation
  ※ Unauthorized downloading and disclosure and distribution of documents containing restricted, confidential or sensitive information

  ※ Spread worms/viruses on connected PC
  ※ detour inner system and PC via particular system
